About modification of the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" to state Item 19 of part 1 of article 35 of the Law of May 7, 2002 to No. ZR-337 in the following edition:
"19) according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, constitutes and represents, as regards transit sections of the state highways public the Republic of Armenia (except for the city of Yerevan) - on approval of the state road body, and in traffic safety, after approval of the state authorized body - the Council of Elders of community the scheme of the organization of traffic of community;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
