1. The requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2015 No. 676 "About requirements to procedure for creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of the state information systems and further storage of information containing in their databases" (Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 28, Art. 4241), to add with Item 1 (3) the following content:
"1(3). Creation, development, commissioning, operation and conclusion from operation of systems and further storage of information containing in their databases is performed taking into account methodical recommendations about structure, structure and content organizational, methodical, technical, mathematical, program, information, documentary, legal and other types of providing the systems approved by presidium of Government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity.
Development of the specified methodical recommendations, including their introduction for consideration and approval into Government commission on digital development, use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity, is performed by the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation.
