About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To add Chapter XIII of the General part with Articles 134-18 and 134-19 of the following content:
"Article 134-18. Organization and symbolics of fascist, racist or xenophobic nature
(1) the organization of fascist, racist or xenophobic nature is understood as any group formed of three or more persons, temporarily or which is constantly performing the activities for the purpose of promotion of the fascist, racist or xenophobic ideas, concepts or doctrines, such as hatred and violence for ethnic, racial or religious motives, superiority of one races and inferiority of others, anti-Semitism, incitement of xenophobia and extremism. The organizations which are or not being legal entities, political parties and movements, associations and funds, commercial societies, and also any other legal entities to whom conditions of this part are applicable can be referred to this category.
(2) the fascist, racist and xenophobic symbolics is understood as banners, emblems, badges, uniform, slogans, greeting formulas, and also any other similar signs advancing the ideas, concepts or doctrines provided in part (1).
Article 134-19. Holocaust
The Holocaust is understood as the systematic prosecution supported by the state, mass destruction and destruction of members of the Jewish community by Nazi Germany, and also her allies and helpers during 1933-1945.".
2. Add the code with Article 176-1 of the following content:
"Article 176-1. Violation of the rights of citizens promotion of fascism,
racism and xenophobia and denial of the Holocaust
(1) Creation of the organization of fascist, racist or xenophobic nature, accession to it or its support in any form
