About establishment of allowances for academic degree
For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About settlement indicator" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Establish since January 1, 2023 monthly salary supplements on principle place of employment to scientific, pedagogical employees, the faculty, including employees of public authorities:
- for academic degree of the doctor of science - in the amount of 2700 som;
- for academic degree of the candidate of science - in the amount of 1350 som.
2. The specified payments are made to employees of the organizations financed from the budget at the expense of means of the relevant budget, the self-supporting organizations - at the expense of own means.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 24, 1997 No. 161 "About establishment of salary supplements of scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers and the faculty for academic degree".
