2. To provide to the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government accomplishment of the actions plan at the scheduled time.
3. Annually in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the course of accomplishment of this actions plan in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
