About introduction of amendments and changes in the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the words "on the basis." to add part 1 of Article 23 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 (further - the Code) with the offer "The variation from the principle of the competition is allowed in productions of approval and cooperation.".

Article 2. In article 31 of the Code:

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 53 of the Code with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) to sign the agreement on pre-judicial cooperation;".

Article 4. To add part 2 of article 54 of the Code with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) to express line item about the petition for approval production application;".

Article 5. In article 65 of the Code:

Item 16.1 of part 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"16. 1) prior to legal proceedings on case to make the petition for approval production application;";

Part 2 to add 2) with Item 16.2 of the following content:

"16. 2) to petition to the supervising prosecutor for application of production of cooperation.".

Article 6. To state Item 10 of part 1 of article 69 of the Code in the following edition:

"10) to represent the petition for application of production of approval or cooperation;".
