About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 188 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Non-execution at the scheduled time of the requirements established by orders of the head or employee of the body exercising the state control for we correspond products and services to requirements of technical regulations and exercising metrological control in the Republic of Armenia, either damage or removal of seal (seal) of the employee exercising metrological control without written approval of the body exercising metrological control in the Republic of Armenia:
attracts infliction of penalty in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the 60th day after day of its official publication.
