About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 6-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

approve standard forms of the expert opinion of regulating authority of rates;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 34 of Regulations of the prices (rates) in the field of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075 "About pricing in the field of heat supply" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 44, the Art. 6022):
