For the purpose of step-by-step reduction of disproportions in sizes of the pensions granted to military personnel, persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies (militia), police and some other persons and before adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of legal acts concerning provision of pensions of the military personnel and some other persons Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish since July 1, 2021 to persons who are granted pension till March 1, 2018 according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (further - the Law) (except the military personnel of conscription service), to the sizes of their pensions determined according to Articles 13, 21 and 36 Laws as of March 1, 2018, monthly surcharge in the amount of 2000 hryvnias which is considered in case of further increases in the sizes of the pensions determined according to Articles 13, 21 and 36 Laws.

To persons to whom it is appointed pension after March 1, 2018 which size is estimated according to Articles 13, 21 and 36 Laws (except the military personnel of conscription service) from the cash cover determined as of March 1, 2018 or before this date (is renewed) the monthly surcharge provided by paragraph one of this Item is established.
