"In case of evasion of the worker from passing of obligatory medical examination or the failure to carry out by it of the recommendations issued by the medical commissions on results of carrying out inspections, and also in case of refusal the worker from passing of the preventive inoculation (in the absence of contraindications for health reasons) entered according to the procedure established by the legislation based on the decision of the Chief state health officer of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the presence of threat of distribution quarantine and other infectious diseases, dangerous to the person, the employer has the right not to allow it to work".
