2. To the ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- transfer to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic the state company "Ukuk" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic with the corresponding number of staff and material and technical resources;

- approve the transfer act.

3. Determine that the public institution Ukuk under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic is:

- the legal successor of the state company "Ukuk" under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic;
