About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 285) the following changes:

The paragraph two of part 1 of article 125 after the word "attracts" 1) to add with the words "prevention or";

2) in Article 342:

a) regarding 4 words "parts 4 Articles 121," shall be replaced with words "parts 4 and 5 of Article 121, parts of 1 Article 123, of part 1 of Article 123-1,";

b) add Article with part of 4-1 following content:

"4-1. In case of payment of penalty for the violations provided by part 5 of Article 121, part 1 of Article 123 and part 1 of Article 123-1, within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the resolution on imposing of penalty the sizes of penalties decrease by 70 percent.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

The penalties on cases on violations provided by part 1 of Article 123 and part 1 of article 123-1 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations and not paid before entry into force of this Law are subject to payment according to regulations of this Law with cancellation of penalty fee and recovery of preferential term.

Determine that provisions of paragraph two of this Article are effective within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law.
