About questions of transfer of the state share in economic society and the companies in maintaining Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of investments of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:

- transfer 65% of the state share in the authorized capital of Goznak limited liability company, including property complex, to maintaining the state company "Tipografiya" under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- transfer the state company "Sanatorium Issyk Kul Aurora" under Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to maintaining Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and rename it into the state company "Sanatorium Issyk Kul Aurora" under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of charters of the state companies transferred to the jurisdiction of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 3, 2012 No. 464 the following changes:

- to declare paragraph two of Item 2 invalid;
