About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Bankruptcy"

Article 1. Part 3 of article 4 of the Law of December 25, 2006 No. ZR-51 "About bankruptcy" (further - the Law):

1) after the words "arisen and" to add with words "solutions of question of recognition by the bankrupt or";

To add 2) with the second offer of the following content: "The dispute which arose in connection with the agreements established by this part, concluded with participation of the debtor and creditor, including about measures of ensuring obligation fulfillment, is subject to consideration in court on cases on bankruptcy as separate civil case, irrespective of circumstance of recognition of the debtor by the bankrupt.".

Article 2. To state Item 5 of part 1 of article 15.5 of the Law in the following edition:

"5) any enforcement proceeding with property confiscations or non-property nature which influences property of the debtor declared bankrupt, the property and the rights, except for other cases established by this Law which are part stops.".

Article 3. To state Item 5 of part 2 of article 39 of the Law in the following edition:

"5) any enforcement proceeding with property confiscations or non-property nature concerning the debtor which influences property of the debtor declared bankrupt, the property and the rights, except for other cases established by this Law which are part stops.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
