in case of the address through the State corporation:

1) the identity document of uslugopoluchatel or the representative of uslugopoluchatel (for identification of the personality);

2) the copy of the charter of uslugopoluchatel certified by the signature of the head;

3) the business plan of the investment project constituted according to requirements for creation of the business plan of the investment project according to appendix 2 to these rules;

4) if the request provides the state natural grant, provision of the document confirming the size (cost) of the state natural grant (assessment of natural grant) requested by uslugopoluchatel is required;
