About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2021 No. 4
Based on subitem 7.1.9 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure of payments of the planned salary fund of employees of state-financed organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2021 No. 4, the following changes:
the seventh or ninth Item 5 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"the allowance for complexity of work to heads, specialists and other employees and the allowance for nature of work by the worker - on average the size on the corresponding position of the employee (the worker's profession);
the allowance for specifics of work in the field of social servicing - in the sizes established according to subitem 2.4 of Item 2 of the Instruction on procedure and the sizes stimulating and compensating payments;
surcharge for special working conditions - in the amount of 20 percent of base rate according to the list of workers determined by the head of state-financed organization according to Item 3 of the Instruction on procedure and the sizes stimulating and compensating payments.";

"13. Planned funds for year for implementation of all types of the stimulating and compensating payments, including planned funds for awarding, surcharges for work at night or in night shift in case of replaceable operating mode, surcharges for work on public holidays, holidays, are determined as the amount of annual amounts of the funds allocated for each payment.
