About entering of amendment into the Law "About the General Education"

Article 1. Article 26 of the Law of July 10, 2009 No. ZR-160 "About the general education" to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. In case of not replenishment of vacancy of the teacher of results of the competition announced, at least, 2 times, person meeting the requirements established by part of 1 this Article for this vacancy of the teacher person which gathered at least credits on the modules providing the higher education in the professional sphere in this subject both pedagogiko-psychological and educational and methodical skills can also address. The rate can be organized by the organization guaranteed by authorized body of public administration in the field of education or higher educational institution according to the training program (module) approved by authorized body.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
