Article 1. No. ZR-148 "About power" (further - the Law) to declare part 2.1 of article 24 of the Law of March 7, 2001 invalid.
Article 2. To recognize article 28.1 of the Law invalid.
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. On persons who submitted the declaration on real owners before entry into force of this Law, the adjustments provided by this Law extend since September 1, 2021.
