About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Security Market"

Article 1. No. ZR-195 "About the security market" to add the law of October 11, 2007 with Article 61.1 of the following content:

"Article 61.1. Real beneficiaries

1. Investment societies, branches of foreign investment societies, the operator of the controlled market, the central depositary, investment fund who is the legal entity, the managing director of investment fund or branch of the managing director of foreign investment fund shall by criteria, the established Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", to represent to the Central bank of the information about persons who are real beneficiaries of investment society, branch of the foreign investment society, the operator of the controlled market, the central depositary, investment fund who is the legal entity, the managing director of investment fund or branch of the foreign managing director of investment fund according to the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts established by Council of the Central bank.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
