About entering of amendments into the Law "About Banks and Banking Activity"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of June 30, 1996 No. ZR-68 "About banks and banking activity":
Heading after the word "participation" to add 1) with the words "and real beneficiaries";
To add 2) with part 4 following of content:
"4. The bank or branch of foreign bank shall represent to the Central bank of the information about persons who are real beneficiaries of bank or branch of foreign bank by criteria the established Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", according to the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts established by council of the Central bank.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
