About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of responsibility for declaring of unreliable information and non-presentation by the subject of declaring of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1) paragraph one of the note to article 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, by the station 1122) to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR with two paragraphs of the following content:

"Note. Subjects of offenses in this Article (except the offenses determined by parts two and third this Article regarding not message or the untimely message on essential changes in property condition) are persons who according to parts one and the second article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" shall submit the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government.

Subjects of the offenses determined by parts two and third this Article regarding not message or the untimely message on essential changes in property condition of the subject of declaring which are officials who hold responsible and especially responsible position, and also subjects of declaring which hold the positions connected with the high level of corruption risks according to article 51-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption".

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third;

2) in the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

a) in Article 45:

to add part one after the words "except corruption criminal offenses" with the words "or the criminal offenses connected with corruption";

add the note with the paragraph the second the following content:
