I ORDER:
1. Approve "The obligatory assortment list of medicines and products of medical appointment for the wholesale and retail pharmaceutical organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic (Further the Obligatory assortment list" (Appendix 1).
2. At least one name of medicines within the approved international non-proprietary name from the Obligatory assortment list is recommended to provide to managers of drugstores, the pharmaceutical Items of any pattern of ownership performing retail trade by medicines to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic availability.
3. The manager of pharmaceutical booths of any pattern of ownership, performing retail trade by medicines to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, it is recommended to provide availability of all OTC medicines named in the Obligatory assortment list.
4. Heads of pharmaceutical wholesale companies medicines of any pattern of ownership are recommended to conduct first-priority procurement of the nomenclature of the Obligatory assortment list.
5. To the CEO of Department of provision of medicines and medical equipment under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (R.A.Kurmanov):
5.1. Carry out state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
