- the order of the Minister of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 94 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for the conclusion of contracts for training of the military personnel of the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign military schools" of March 20, 2006.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy defense secretary.
