The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Item 5-1 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, 552) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. No. 44-48, in the following edition:
"5-1. For operation of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" regulations of this Code are applied taking into account this law.
Before the termination of the mode of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol the customs payments established by this Code concerning the goods moved through customs border of Ukraine and on temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol do not cope".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About recognition voided the Law of Ukraine "About creation of the free economic zone Crimea and about features of implementation of economic activity in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" and about modification of some legal acts of Ukraine".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;
provide review and reduction of their regulatory legal acts by the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
