About entering of amendment into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 with Article 216.1 of the following content:
"Article 216.1. Submission of false information about real beneficiaries or concealment of the data which are subject to representation
1. Representation by person who provided the declaration on real beneficiaries to the state body performing state registration of legal entities, false data or concealment of the data which are subject to representation:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.
2. Representation by the member of the legal entity or the real beneficiary to person specified regarding 1 this Article, false data on the real beneficiary or evasion to them from reply to the request, provided by person specified regarding 1 this Article during the term established by the law:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities no more than three years or without it.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
