About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic)

Article 1.

Bring in the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 2 (2), the Art. 79) the following changes:

The Code to add 2) with Article 315-1 of the following content:

"Article 315-1. Financing of extremist activities

1. Provision of means, rendering financial services or implementation of fund raising by any methods or by methods, directly or indirectly (through the third parties), with intention or understanding that means are intended or will be used fully or partially for financing of the organization, preparation or implementation of extremist activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

are punished by imprisonment of III category.

Note. Person who committed the crimes provided by this Article is exempted from criminal liability if it voluntarily reported about financing of extremist activities and (or) promoted disclosure and prevention of crime if its actions do not contain other actus reus.

Under financial service obtaining and storage of the means belonging to the persons who were preparing or committed crime of extremist nature, or the means which are under control of the extremist organization, either making of transactions (transactions) or management of such means are recognized this Article.".
