1. Approve Explanations to Rules of calculation of the average amount of compensation.

2. Provide Explanations in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration.

3. Consider No. 33 which voided the resolution of board of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 18, 2000.

4. To impose control of execution of this Order on the deputy minister of work and social protection of the Kyrgyz Republic Alymbekova Zh. S.

Explanations to Rules of calculation of the average amount of compensation

1. For calculation of average earnings settlement period are 12 calendar months (with 1st to the 1st) preceding event with which the corresponding payment is connected. Other periods for calculation which are not worsening situation of workers can be provided by the collective agreement.

For calculation of average earnings of the specific worker average day earnings are used.

Average day earnings, except payment of leaves and payment of compensation for unused leave, are determined by division actually of accrued payroll in settlement period for calendar days for worked time.
