1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 6, 2015 No. 188 "About approval of the List of the codes assigned for areas, the cities of republican value, the capital, areas and the cities of regional (district) value for the purposes of forming of cadastral numbers of the parcels of land" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 10672) the following change:
To be reworded as follows the list of the codes assigned for areas, the cities of republican value, the capital, areas and the cities of regional (district) value for the purposes of forming of cadastral numbers of the parcels of land approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
