About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of legal regulation of insurance of agricultural products with the state support

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the fifth article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About collective agricultural enterprise" (1992, No. 20, the Art. 272) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:

5) part the sixth Article 13 and the second offer of part two of Article 16 to exclude;
