1. Approve the Instruction "About procedure for development and application of schedules of shutdown (restriction) of electrical energy (capacity) and antiemergency automatic equipment in the National power supply system of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix.
2. To the secretary of Board of State power inspection under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring this resolution of Board to all power companies.
3. To technological department of State power inspection to carry out registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.
5. Notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of publication of this resolution (the name, number, date).
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution of Board on Department of inspectorate for power plants, the high-voltage transferring power supply networks, thermal and gas networks, Department of inspection of the power equipment of the distribution power companies and consumers of State power inspection.
