About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" rather military funeral ritual

I. Bring in the Charter of garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of Art. 196 with subsequent changes), the following changes:

81. The military funeral ritual is procedure of solemn afterfeast of military honors in case of burial (reburial) of the died (died) military personnel and other persons.

The military funeral ritual is held in case of burial:

a) military personnel, the died (dead) during protection by them of independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine;

b) military personnel, the died (dead) in case of fulfillment of duties of military service (service);
