About modification of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2020 No. 259

1. Make changes to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2020 No. 259 "Some questions of implementation of acts of the legislation in the field of migration for establishment in all territory of Ukraine of quarantine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 31, of the Art. 1073), having stated it in the following edition:
"2. The decision on provision of permission to immigration made within one year before establishment or during establishment in all territory of Ukraine of quarantine is effective within two years from the date of its acceptance.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its publication.
