About modification of the Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 27 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law "About Banks and Banking Activity", for the purpose of enhancement of operational design of monetary policy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Make to the section IV of Provisions on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes), the following changes:

And figures "transactions on loan granting of refinancing by tendering process on maintenance of liquidity of banks for up to 90 days and" to exclude 1) in the second offer of Item 13 of the word;

2) in Item 15:

in paragraph one of the word of "discount rate" shall be replaced with words "rates on the credits overnight";

in the second offer of the paragraph of the third word "discount rate" shall be replaced with words "rate on the credits overnight".

2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective since July 23, 2021.
