About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Joint-stock Companies"

Article 1. No. ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" (further - the Law) after words of "public administration" to add part 5 of article 2 of the Law of September 25, 2001 with the word "systems".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

1) part 1 to recognize invalid;

2) regarding 2 words "Constituent assembly" shall be replaced with words "The constituent assembly of shareholders of society (further - the constituent assembly)";

Part 5 after words of "public administration" to add 3) with the words "systems".

Article 3. To declare the Item "and" of part 1 of article 13 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 14 of the Law:

1) in the word Items "g" and "d"", and also classes of beneficial shares" shall be replaced with words "and classes";

To add 2) with the Item "i.1" of the following content:

"and. 1) the maximum quantity of voices provided by shares of Society to their owners;".

Article 5. Regarding 1 article 15 of the Law after the word of "owners" to exclude the word "or"", and the same part after words "the unanimous decision of council" to add with words "if this competence, according to part 2 of article 67 of this Law, is allocated for council".

Article 6. Regarding 3 Articles 26, 49, to Article 56, the Item "in" parts 3 of article 65 of the Law of the word of "type (class)" shall be replaced with words parts of 1 Article "type or class".

Article 7. In the third paragraph of part 3 of article 27 of the Law of the word "being the owner, at least, 10 percent of shares" shall be replaced with words "owning, at least, 10 percent from number of votes, provided by shares".
