About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of notariate I decide:
1. Of November 27, 2013 "About the organization of notarial activities in the Republic of Belarus" the words "in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude No. 523 from subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus.
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
