About calculations for natural gas, electrical and heat energy

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of payments for natural gas, electrical and heat energy, I decide decrease in financial load of consumers of energy resources:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2010 No. 670 "About some questions of payment of natural gas, electrical and heat energy" the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 1.1:

in word part three "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade together with the Department of Energy";

in word part four "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy in coordination with the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";

1.2. part the tenth subitem 1.2.2 after the word of "subitem" to add with words ", the paragraph the second parts one of subitem 1.3 of this Item";

1.3. add Item with subitem 1.3 of the following content:

"1.3. the consumers having for January 1, 2021 debt for the energy resources released gazo-and the power supplying organizations (including on which decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus on provision of delay and (or) payment by installments of its repayment are made) annually following the results of 2021-2023 are exempted from:

interest payments for use of others money, penalty fee and penalties added for failure to provide of timely calculations for energy resources and not paid for January 1 of the year following for reporting in the amount determined proceeding from specific weight of repayment sum in reporting year of debt in the total amount of this debt for January 1, 2021;

repayments of part of the debt formed for January 1, 2020, in the amount of 10 percent from repayment sum of such debt in reporting year, but no more amount of remaining balance of the specified debt for January 1 of the year following reporting.
