About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2018 No. 1466

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2018 No. 1466 "About approval of the list of other payments at the expense of means of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation for the purposes of application of parts 5 and 5.1 of article 30.5 of the Federal law "About National Payment System" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 50, Art. 7777; 2019, No. 16, Art. 1927; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3491).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since October 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2018 No. 1466

1. In the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "July 1" shall be replaced with words "on October 1".

2. The list of other payments at the expense of means of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation for the purposes of application of parts 5 and 5.1 of article 30.5 of the Federal law "About National Payment System" approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5. The payments established according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 606 "About measures for realization of population policy of the Russian Federation" and the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2020 No. 199 "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children".".
