About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5
According to part two of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine of May 15, 2003 "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" I ORDER to No. 755-IV:
1. On November 18, 2016 for No. 1500/29630, to be reworded as follows the form 5 "The statement for state registration of separate division of the legal entity" approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 18, 2016 No. 3268/5, registered the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.
2. To department of private law () submit Matsayenko T. this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming to take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective since July 11, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
