About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather social security of persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian PCP (The sheet of the Supreme Council of URSR, 1983, Appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):

The word and figures "Article 46" to replace 1) in Article 42 with the word and figures "Articles 42-1, 46";

To add 2) with Article 42-1 of the following content:

"Article 42-1. Replacement of housing (premises) of person with disability

In case of discrepancy of housing (premises) in which person with disability lives to requirements of easy access of persons with disability and impossibility of its adaptation to needs of such persons according to their statement or the statement of their legal representatives replacement of such housing (premises) is made.

Replacement of housing (premises) in which person with disability lives is performed according to provisions of this Code and other regulatory legal acts local government bodies in the way:

exchange of housing (premises) occupied on terms of employment (except private housing stock);

provision of housing (premises), on condition of transfer of the occupied housing which is in private property of person with disability to property of territorial community.

The replacement procedure of housing (premises) in which person with disability lives in case of its discrepancy to requirements of easy access and impossibility of adaptation to needs of persons with disability affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Housing (premises) which is provided to person with disability owing to replacement shall conform to requirements of rather easy access and to be adapted for needs of such person".

2. In article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 21, Art. 252 with subsequent changes):
