About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of improvement of financial position of the fish-breeding organizations and ensuring their long-term sustainable development I decide:
1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2016 No. 268 "About creation and activities of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company (appendix).
2. Determine that the means received by JSC Asset Management Agency (further - the Agency) from interest payment for use of the credits provided in the paragraph the second subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2016 No. 268, are not subject to transfer in the republican budget before complete execution of obligations by the Agency for the redemption (repayment) of the bonds emitted according to Item 2-1 of this Decree.
Determine source for the redemption (repayment) of the bonds called in the part one of Item 2-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2016 No. 268, of means * provided in parts one of this Item, the Agencies being at the command after tax payment and other obligatory payments.
