About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 No. 811

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2018 "About formation of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 1200:

1. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 No. 811 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the generalizing tax consultations", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 13, 2017 for No. 1266/31134, to "The public fiscal service of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words to "The State Tax Service of Ukraine".

2. In item 4 of the Section II of the Procedure for the provision of the generalizing tax consultations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 27, 2017 No. 811, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 13, 2017 for word No. 1266/31134, "The public fiscal service of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The State Tax Service of Ukraine".

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lyubchenko A. M.
