1. Make changes to the Instructions for use systems of centralized utility water supply and drainage system in settlements of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 190, registered on October 7, 2008 for No. 936/15627, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of utilities and public service (Vedmid And.) together with Legal department (Chepelyuk O.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Natalya Hotsyanovskaya.
