The Section III "Features of the state registration number of bond issue of the Central bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" of the Procedure for the assignment of the state registration numbers to releases of issued securities approved by the resolution of Federal Commission on Securities of Russia of 01.04.2003 of N03-16/ps is not applied from the effective date this order (it is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 05.05. 2003, registration N 4494).
