Chapter I. General provisions

Article 1. Tasks of system of forced execution

(1) the System of forced execution has the tasks protection of interests and recovery of the infringed rights and freedoms of physical persons, protection of legitimate interests of legal entities, recovery of law and order by forced execution according to the current legislation of the decisions, sentences (which are not connected with imprisonment), taken out by degrees of jurisdiction, decisions of other bodies and also accounting and control of persons to which punishment measures alternative to the conclusion are applied.

(2) For the purpose of realization of these tasks this law establishes competence of system of forced execution, legal position of its personnel, the right, obligation, responsibility, personal and social guarantees of the legal executive.

Article 2. Forced execution

(1) Forced execution is assigned to the Ministry of Justice and is implemented through Executive department and executive bureaus in cooperation with other bodies provided by the law.

(2) the System of forced execution represents set of the executive bodies promoting making of justice by realization of the last stage civil, administrative and criminal (not connected with imprisonment) processes.

Chapter II. Structure of system of forced execution

Article 3. System of forced execution

The system of forced execution includes:

a) Ministry of Justice;

b) Executive department;

c) executive bureaus;

d) other bodies provided by the law.
