Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on acceptance, suspension of action and cancellation of the decision on undesirability of stay (residence) of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation accepted in connection with availability of the circumstances creating real health hazard of the population, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 5, 2018 No. 551 "About procedure for acceptance, suspension of action and cancellation of the decision on undesirability of stay (residence) of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation accepted in connection with availability of the circumstances creating real health hazard of the population" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 20, the Art. 2845).
2. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Medical Biological Agency within the number of employees of their central offices and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
3.
