About modification of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of atmospheric air" concerning regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and the fluorinated greenhouse gases
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of atmospheric air" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 48, Art. 252; 2013, 46, the Art. 640) to add No. with part two of the following content:
"Legal relationship concerning production, import, export, storage, use, placement in the market and the treatment of the ozone-depleting substances fluorinated by greenhouse gases, goods and the equipment which contain them or use, can have destructive (negative) impact on ozone layer and/or lead to negative climate changes, are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of economic activity with ozone-depleting substances and the fluorinated greenhouse gases" and other regulatory legal acts".
With respect thereto the second to consider part part three.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
