1. The name and paragraph one of part one of article 188-32 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, 1122) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 188-32. Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the Supreme council of justice, its body, high councilor of justice or disciplinary inspector of the Supreme council of justice

Failure to carry out of legal requirements of the Supreme council of justice, its body, the high councilor of justice or the disciplinary inspector of the Supreme council of justice about provision of information, documents of legal case (its copy) which consideration is complete provision of obviously unreliable information, and is equal non-compliance with the terms of provision of information, documents of legal case (its copy) established by the law which consideration is complete to the Supreme council of justice, its body, the high councilor of justice or the disciplinary inspector of the Supreme council of justice".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine relatively about election (appointment) to positions of high councilors of justice and activities of disciplinary inspectors of the Supreme council of justice".
