1. Item 2 of the Section XI "Transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to organic production, the address and marking of organic products" (2018, 36, the Art. 275) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"2. Determine that:

1) till July 1, 2024 subjects of managing have the right to sell agricultural products as organic and to use text "organic product" in own names of products and trademarks, and also designations and texts "organic", "biodynamic", "biological", "ecological", "organik" and/or any cognate and/or derivative words from these words with the prefixes "bio-", "what", in the presence of the existing certificate certifying production and/or turnover of organic products according to the legislation to other, than the legislation of Ukraine issued by body of foreign certification;

2) till January 1, 2022 for the purposes of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine" the operators and subjects of managing specified in the subitem of 1 this Item are considered as producers of organic agricultural products".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
