About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of privileges to separate categories of citizens of Ukraine who address for making of consular actions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, Art. 383; 2013, No. 33, Art. 436; 2020, 48, the Art. 433) to add No. with parts three and the fourth the following content:

"For making of notarial actions in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine the consular fee in the sizes determined by the legislation is levied.

For making of notarial actions abroad according to addresses of the faces which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, referred to categories 1 and 2; persons with disability of I and II groups, children with disability or legal representatives who act on behalf of such persons with disability and children with disability, the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship and persons from their number or legal representatives who act on behalf of orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship the consular fee is not levied";

2) part the fourth article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine prove the identity or her special status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 51, Art. 716; 2016, No. 34, Art. 593; 2020, 44, the Art. 382) after the paragraph of the fourth to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:

"For registration in ZGU of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad (including instead of lost or stolen) to persons who did not reach sixteen-year age to the faces which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, referred to categories 1 and 2, to persons with disability of I and II groups, to children with disability to the orphan children, children deprived of parent guardianship and persons from their number the consular fee is not levied".
