3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for consideration by Federal Antimonopoly Service and its territorial authorities (further - antimonopoly authority) the proceedings initiated on signs of violation of the law of the Russian Federation about advertizing (further - case).

2. Proceedings are initiated and considered:

a) on the facts of distribution of the advertizing containing signs of violation of the law of the Russian Federation about advertizing;

b) on the acceptance facts federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and (or) local government bodies of the acts contradicting completely or in part to the legislation of the Russian Federation on advertizing.
